In the world of corporations that continue to develop, Build a Solid Team, responsive to challenges, and having the ability to adapt quickly is very important for long -term success. Program “THE ISLAND OF SURVIVAL” is a team building program based on experiential learning designed to provide direct experience about how the team must survive in situations full of uncertainty. In a survival simulation on a desert island, Participants will be faced with various physical challenges, mental, and strategies that require cooperation, quick decision making, and problem solving in extreme situations.
This program aims to develop skills in communication, leadership, team coordination, and the ability to think creatively in dealing with problems. Through the challenges presented, each team will learn the importance of synergy and how to maximize individual strengths for team success.
Highlights Activities
1.Opening Ceremony & Briefing : Participants are introduced to the theme and objectives of the activity. Division of participants into groups that will act as survival teams on the island. Explanation of the challenges to be faced and the rules of the game.
2.Challenge “Build the Shelter” : Each team is given limited materials (wood, leaf, such, dll.) to build a temporary shelter. This challenge tests creativity, team collaboration, and the ability to work with limited resources.
3.Challenge “Survival Skills” : Teams are given basic knowledge of survival skills, like making fire, looking for clean water, and utilize the natural resources around the island. Participants must collaborate to solve problems and apply the skills they learn in emergency settings.
4.Challenge “Navigation the Pulau Nearest” : Teams are given maps and navigation tools to plan their journey to the nearest island. This challenge tests the team's planning ability, communicate, and work together to determine safe and effective pathways.
5.Challenge “The Storm” : The team is faced with a simulated massive storm that threatens their shelter. Participants must work together to secure shelter and plan actions to survive in increasingly difficult conditions.
6.Final Challenge: “Escape from the Island“ : The team is tasked with designing and executing a plan to escape the island, using existing tools and materials. They must complete the challenges together to find a way out and “safe”.
7.Reflection and Discussion Closing : A reflection session on the challenges that have been faced, experience gained, and the application of learning in the context of the world of work. Open discussions about team dynamics and how the skills gained can be applied in real situations in the office.
