Program “SQUID GAMES ON ELITE SQUAD” is a team building program based Experiential Learning which is designed to improve leadership skills, communication, cooperation, and decision -making in stressful situations. By taking inspiration from the concept of team games in Squid Games, This program combines challenges that require physical dexterity and mature strategy to complete a series of tasks and problems.
Through a game and simulation that is interesting and stretching, Participants will learn to overcome the obstacles encountered in real life in the work world, like time pressure, team coordination, and the importance of understanding the strengths and weaknesses of each team member.
Highlights Activities
1.Opening Ceremony & Briefing : Participants are introduced to the concept of the game and the purpose of the activity. Facilitator provides an explanation of the rules of the game, challenges to be faced, as well as the distribution of participants into the team that will compete. Each team will be given goals that must be achieved together, Creating a basis for solid cooperation.
2.Challenge “Red Light, Green Light“ : A speed -based game and accuracy in which the team must move from one point to another only when the instructions are given, and stops when the "Red Light" instruction is given. This challenge tests the timeliness, self-control, and the ability to adapt in changing situations.
3.Challenge “Tug of War“ : The game of strength and strategy in which two teams will compete to pull the rope in their respective direction. This tests the ability to work together in achieving common goals, and the importance of the division of roles and strengths in the team.
4.Challenge “Marbles: The Strategy Game“ : Each team will be divided into two groups that compete in the Marbles game, where they have to design strategies to win the game based on skills and luck. This challenge teaches wise decision making and strategy planning under pressure.
5.Challenge “The Bridge of Glass“ : In this game, The team must choose a safe path to cross the bridge consisting of glass and stone. The wrong choice can cause failure. This tests decision making and the ability to identify and take care of existing opportunities.
6.Challenge “Final Battle: The Last Game“ : As the last challenge, The team will compete in games that combine elements of the previous challenges. The winner is a team that managed to achieve the main goal by overcoming all obstacles. In this game, Participants will experience final pressure, work together to achieve victory, and learn to stay focused and not give up in dealing with difficulties.
7.Reflection and Discussion Closing : Joint reflection session to discuss experiences during the game, Lesson quoted, and how the challenges in SQUID GAMES can be applied in real work situations. Discussion of the role of leadership, Effective communication, and the importance of collaboration in facing challenges.
