The team didn't just play business, but they actually ran a mini food truck business for one day.

SIGNATURE EXPERIENCE
Each team sets up their own food truck to design the brand, create a menu, set the price, and serve ‘real customers’ (participants from other teams or invited guests). They are given limited initial capital and must generate as much revenue as possible within the specified operating time. The surprise was a change in regulations, new competitor, or customer complaints are injected by the facilitator to test the team's business adaptability.
PROGRAM ACTIVITIES
- Entrepreneur Briefing: participants receive a business brief, initial capital, and food truck operating rules
- Brand Sprint: each team designs a name, logo, tagline, and a limited-time food truck visual identity
- Menu Engineering: create a unique menu, feasible, and in accordance with the brand that has been planned
- Pricing Strategy: set competitive but still profitable selling prices
- Setup & Decoration: decorate and prepare food truck stations to attract customers
- Soft Opening: the first customer arrives — a critical moment to test the team's operational readiness
- Peak Hour Frenzy: the operating period is full of customer queues and high production pressure
- Business Shock Event: the facilitator injects the crisis — the customer's complaint, consumables, or new competitors
- Market Innovation Round: teams are given the opportunity to modify menus or strategies based on market feedback
- Final Accounting: each team calculates revenue, profit, and their customer satisfaction score
