The success of an organization is very dependent on compactness, work equal, and good communication between team members. Therefore, “TOUR OF DUTY” is a team building program based Experiential Learning which is designed to build and strengthen the synergy between team members in a mission simulation that tests cooperation, leadership, strategy, and individual and collective skills. In this program, Participants will play a role in an important mission that requires the accuracy of planning, quick decision making, and efficient coordination to achieve common goals.
Program “TOUR OF DUTY” will invite participants to experience direct experience in carrying out their duties as a solid team, where every challenge that exists will help them in honing practical skills that can be applied in a daily work environment.
Highlights Activities
Program “TOUR OF DUTY” consists of a series of experience -based activities that prioritize collaboration, solution to problem, and quick decision making. The following is the highlights of the activities to be carried out:
1.Opening Ceremony & Briefing
Welcome from the facilitator and the introduction of the theme and the purpose of the activity. Distribution of participants into the team that will act as a mission unit. Each team is given a briefing about the mission and challenges to be faced.
2.Challenge “Mission Planning”
Each team is given time to plan the strategy and steps to be taken to face the mission. They must prepare a plan by considering various factors such as time, resource, and risk.
3 Challenge “Survival Simulation”
The team will be given an emergency situation that requires them to prioritize resources and develop a survival strategy in a stressed situation.
4 Challenge “Obstacle Course”
Each team must complete the physical obstacle designed to test their physical and mental endurance. These obstacles can be in the form of physical activities such as passing various obstacles, crawl under the rope, or build a simple structure.
