Program “INNOVATORS CLUB” aims to grow creativity, collaboration, and innovative problem solving in the team. This program is designed to challenge participants in real situations that require creative thinking skills, rapid decision making, and the ability to adapt quickly to change.
Through a based approach Experiential Learning, Participants will be invited to be directly involved in the innovation process, solve problems in groups, and explore the potential of creative ideas in an environment that supports experimentation and team collaboration.
Highlights Activities
Program “INNOVATORS CLUB” includes a series of challenges and activities that promote innovation and collaboration within teams. Some of the main activities that will be carried out in this program are as follows:
1.Opening Ceremony & Briefing
Explanation of the program's objectives and philosophy “INNOVATORS CLUB“. Division of participants into teams (5-8 person per team) and selecting a team leader who will lead their group.
2.Challenge “Innovation Lab”
Each team is given a challenge to create an innovative solution to a given problem (for example company problems or general problems that require creativity).
3.Challenge “The Idea Pitch”
After creating a solution, each team must put together a presentation to present their ideas to “investor” (facilitator or panel of judges).
4 Challenge “Prototype Development”
Teams must work together to create a prototype that can demonstrate the feasibility of their proposed idea. This activity focuses on practical implementation and collaboration in teams.
