Highlights Activities
Program “CLIMB MAX” consists of a series of experience-based challenges that require participants to work together to overcome various obstacles, both physically and mentally. Some of the main activities in this program include::
1.Opening Ceremony & Briefing (30 minute)
Introduction to the objectives of the program “CLIMB MAX” and an explanation of the philosophy of climbing as a symbol of achievement.
2.Challenge “Base Camp Preparation” (60 minute)
Each team will start their journey with the task of setting up a base camp and preparing the equipment needed for the climb.
3.Challenge “The Rock Climb” (90 minute)
Participants will be faced with rock climbing challenges designed to test physical endurance. This challenge will hone your courage, leadership, and trust between team members.
4.Challenge “Mountain Orienteering” (90 minute)
The team will be given a map and compass to find the right climbing route. They have to solve the puzzle and take the right decision
5.Reflection and Closing (30 minute)
Reflective discussion session to evaluate learning from each challenge and how these experiences can be applied in the daily world of work
