Negotiation is one of the most frequently used but least frequently practiced leadership competencies. From salary negotiations, vendor contracts, budget allocation between divisions, to strategic client deals — every leader and professional negotiates almost every day, often without realizing it. The Negotiator is an Experiential Learning based program 5.0 that elevates negotiation from mere instinct’ into structured competencies, trained, and reliable in even the most challenging conditions. This program isn't about winning by pressure — it's about creating deals that benefit all parties with intelligence and strategy.
CORE OBJECTIVE — VALUE
- Negotiation Framework Mastery — builds a deep understanding of the principles, stages, and effective negotiation tactics
- BATNA Intelligence — develop the ability to identify and utilize the Best Alternative to Negotiated Agreement
- Emotional Regulation — training the ability to manage emotions and read your opponent's emotions at the negotiation table
- Value Creation Mindset — changing the mindset from 'win-lose’ to ‘creating shared value’
- Persuasive Communication — building convincing communication skills, clear, and influential
SIGNATURE EXPERIENCE
Negotiator teams face a series of increasingly complex negotiation scenarios — starting with internal resource negotiations between divisions, negotiating contracts with difficult clients, to crisis negotiations where both parties are under very high pressure. Each scenario uses very realistic roleplay with the facilitator acting as a trained opponent. Each negotiation session was recorded, analyzed, and debriefed in depth using the EL framework 5.0.
