Program “CHALLENGE THE CHANGE” consists of a series of experience-based activities designed to introduce and respond to change in a team context, which covers
1.Opening Ceremony & Briefing
Introduction to the theme of change and the challenges that will be faced. Explanation of the purpose of the activity, game rules, and team division.
2.Challenge “The Change Catalyst“
Teams are given scenarios about major changes they will have to face (for example, changes in organizational structure, market changes, or sudden crisis)
3.Challenge “Innovation in Action”
In this challenge, teams are asked to create innovative solutions to a problem that arises as a result of unexpected changes. This activity will hone innovation abilities and collaboration skills to deal with rapid change.
4.Challenge “Crisis Management Simulation“
The team was faced with a crisis that required rapid response and efficient coordination. They must work together to manage and mitigate the impact of emerging crises. This challenge aims to test crisis management skills, decision making based on limited information.
