HE 1.0 — “FOUNDATIONAL ERA”
Era: 1970-an – 1990-an
Tokoh Kunci: David A. Kolb (Experiential Learning Theory, 1984)
Ciri Khas: Pembelajaran berbasis pengalaman langsung.
Siklus 4 tahap: Concrete Experience – Reflective Observation – Abstract Conceptualization – Active Experimentation.
Pendekatan individual, banyak digunakan dalam pelatihan outdoor, pelatihan kepemimpinan, dan edukasi alternatif.

HE 2.0 — “STRUCTURED LEARNING ERA”
Era: 1990-an – awal 2000-an
Focus: Profesionalisasi dan sistematisasi EL dalam pendidikan & korporat.
Ciri Khas: Fasilitasi lebih terstruktur dengan kerangka desain yang sistematik.
Munculnya model-model lain seperti: 5E Learning Cycle, ALPS Model, dan penggunaan refleksi terstruktur.

80% This program is based on direct practice and interactive experiences. Each session is designed as a learning lab — an active learning laboratory involving simulations, role play, team project, and facilitation experiments.

Of. Participants will receive:
– Pre-work in the form of self-reflection and an introduction to basic EL concepts 5.0
– Post-program action plan for real implementation in the respective work environment or community

Because it is very interactive and experience-based, we strongly encourage full attendance. However, if there are special conditions, Please communicate with the committee team for the best solution, including the possibility of alternate sessions or access to recordings of certain materials.

  1. Do I have to be there on time?? Of. Participants must be present on time to maintain the learning flow and respect the group process. Late participants may miss important parts of the facilitation session.
  2. Can use mobile phones during the session? During the session, Participants are advised to minimize the use of cellphones, except for activities directed by the facilitator. Full focus is needed for maximum learning experience.
  3. What are the rules for working together in groups?? Learning Lab uses a collaborative and participatory approach. Each participant will work in groups and is expected to:

    – Respect differences in learning styles and opinions
