In a fast -paced corporate world, the ability to work together in teams, Effective communication, and creativity is the key to success. “Choco Factory Class” is a team building program based experiential learning designed to hone these skills through fun and educational hands-on experiences. In this program, Participants will work in groups to make chocolate, from the manufacturing process to design, while learning to work together in planning, communicate, and overcome challenges.
Participants will be invited to solve challenges that involve creativity, coordination, and effective time management, through highly interactive and fun-filled activities. This program aims to provide direct experience that can improve the skills needed in the world of work in a fun and non-boring way.
Highlights Activities
- Factory Simulation Game
Participants form a “production team” tasked with creating unique chocolate products. Simulation includes planning, production, distribution, and branding.
- Creative Packaging & Branding Challenge
The team creates a product identity, packaging design, to marketing strategy.
- The Chocolate Pitch
Presentation and promotion of products in front of a “jury of investors” (facilitator/HR/Management).
- Reflection & Learning Integration
Learning sessions from team processes, leadership, and innovation.
- Award & Appreciation Session
Awarding for categories: Best Teamwork, Most Creative Product, dll.
Program Objectives
1.Increase Labor Same Tim
This program aims to strengthen participants' abilities to work together in teams to achieve common goals, namely producing creative and quality chocolate products.
