Program “Baking” is a team building based activity experiential learning designed to hone these skills in a fun and collaborative atmosphere. In this program, Participants will be divided into teams and compete to make and decorate cakes or other foods with creative designs, according to the challenges and themes given.
Participants will be faced with various challenges in preparing materials, cooperate, manage time, and complete assigned tasks efficiently. This activity provides an opportunity to increase mutual trust between team members, and develop interpersonal skills that are important in the work environment.
