In a dynamic and pressure work environment, Effective collaboration and in -depth understanding of various perspectives are very important to create a successful team. Program “Historical Artwork” is an activity team building based experiential learning designed to hone creative abilities, communication, and team collaboration through the process of creating and analyzing works of art that contain historical values.
Participants in this program will work together in groups to create works of art that combine historical elements relevant to the company's values. This program does not only focus on artistic works, but also in the collaborative process, creativity, and the lessons learned during the process.
Highlights Activities
“HISTORICAL ARTWORK” invite participants to create a masterpiece (for example: mural, collage, or combined canvas) which describes moment important in history world, history nation, history company, or representation mark culture organization.
Activity Inti:
● Inspirational Kick-Off: A short story about an inspiring historical moment.
● Team Discussion & Brainstorming: Determine visual concepts collectively.
● Art Station Challenge: Division of teams to work on parts of the artwork.
● Assembly & Final Touch: The combination of all parts into one complete work.
● Gallery Walk & Storytelling: Each team presents the meaning of the part they created.
● Reflection & Debriefing: Realize the values of cooperation, tolerance, and creative process.
