Corruption is not just a legal problem, But also a disease that can destroy trust, collaboration, and the future of the team! Through team building berbasis Experiential Learning, we learn to face an ethical dilemma, build transparency, and instill the value of honesty and integrity in every decision.
For an Experiential Learning based team building program which aims to eradicate the mentality of corruption, Red Avenue Indonesia designs activities that instill the value of integrity, transparency, honesty, and responsibility in decision making and team work. Following 3 (three) program concepts that can be implemented:
1. The Integrity Challenge
Teams will be given a series of challenges that test their honesty, transparency, and their responsibilities in situations that resemble ethical dilemmas in the world of work.
ACTIVITY
A. Decision dilemma: Each team is given a business scenario that contains elements of the temptation of corruption (for example accepting bribes, manipulation of financial statements, dll.). They must discuss and make the most ethical decisions.
B. Role-Playing Ethics: Participants assume the role of a decision maker in a company and must navigate complex scenarios that demand integrity.
C. Transparency Tower: Teams build towers from the materials provided, But there is “temptation” such as unethical shortcut options. The team that succeeds without breaking the rules gets higher points.

2. Forensic Detective: Corruption Case
The team works as forensic detectives investigating corruption cases by gathering clues and evidence.
ACTIVITIES
A. Participants are divided into groups and given access to evidence of fictitious corruption cases such as documents, recording, and financial transactions.
B. They must identify corrupt practices that occur, find the perpetrator, and recommend preventative measures.
C. The team with the best analysis will win the mission.

3. The Trust Economy (Honesty Based Economic Simulation)
The team will run a business in an economic simulation that prioritizes trust and integrity.
ACTIVITIES
A. Each team gets initial resources and must negotiate, invest, and build cooperation with other teams.
B. There are challenges where they can choose shortcuts (for example corrupt practices) which provides temporary benefits but is high risk.
C. Teams that persist with the principle of honesty will gain long-term benefits.
