Red Avenue Indonesia as Event Organizer Jakarta and service providers Team Building Program prepare the program “Build 2 Race” as a team building activity based experiential learning which is designed to hone the ability to work together, innovation, and speed in making decisions through a construction challenge combined with fun racing elements.

In this program, Participants will be divided into teams that compete in building vehicles or tools that can be used for racing. Each team will design, build, and test their vehicles, which requires them to work efficiently and effectively in achieving optimal final results. This challenge will test creative skills, leadership, and team coordination.

Highlights Activities

BUILD 2 RACE is a simulation of building a racing vehicle from simple materials, which is then tested in competition. The main focus of this program is build, test, and race.

Activity Inti:

• Team Formation & Identity: Team formation and determining the name/logo/team spirit.

• Short Workshop (Design Thinking): Strategy for building vehicles and division of tasks.

• Build Phase: Construction of vehicles from provided materials.

• Test Drive Optimization: Test drive the vehicle, strength and speed analysis.

• Final Race (BUILD 2 RACE Arena): Racing between teams, full of enthusiasm and sportsmanship.

• Reflection & Debriefing: Explore learning from the process and results of team work
