Bogor is famous for its cool weather and is often used as a tourist spot on weekends. Not only for holidays and spending time with family, Bogor is often the destination for companies to carry out Gathering or Capacity Building. EPC Division PT. Hutama Karya (Persero) held an Employee Gathering at Jambuluwuk Resort Ciawi, Bogor with the theme "United for Growth" in order to achieve the outcome of the activity, namely Bonding, Outing and Pride. All activities carried out have one goal, namely to strengthen kinship between employees in the EPC division.

Project Description:

All participants attended a series of events that had been assembled by Red Avenue Indonesia as Event Organizer Jakarta namely Pit Stop to Pit Stop which contains the program capacity building to increase the cohesiveness and solidarity of each employee. Each activity in the program has insight separately in order to form teamwork and bonding which is good for the EPC Division of PT. Hutama Karya (Persero).

Not just a program capacity building, Red Avenue Indonesia also made a concept that was held at the peak night of employee intimacy by presenting entertainment to unwind in the midst of a busy office. The entire series of activities is used as a company appreciation to employees which is packaged with concepts capacity building and entertainment. other than that, rafting has also become one of the activities in a series of programs "United for Growth" EPC Division PT.
