Red Avenue Indonesia as Event Organizer Jakarta the Jakarta Sub-department has entrusted it for the sixth time to make a series of capacity building activities for Abang None Jakarta. Capacity Building is one of the assessments in the Jakarta Abang None selection before entering the quarantine period. This time we made a program with the theme “Gear Up!"For Abang None Central Jakarta 2020. All finalists can show their personalities and ways of adapting in this capacity building activity.

All participants take part in a series of events that have been assembled, namely Pit Stop to Pit Stop which contains programs capacity building to increase the cohesiveness and solidarity of each finalist. Each activity in the program has insight separate in order to form a good and responsible personality.

other than that, we also have a Picture of You program, namely a program that uses image media, which is taken by the finalists as images that reflect their respective personalities. This program is one of the media for the finalists to dare to appear in public and make self-presentations at a predetermined time. All capacity building activities are carried out seriously but are still fun to do.
