TOTAL MAKE OVER – Cinematography through Team Building is an Experiential Learning Program carried out through the film-making method. This program is not a filmmaking competition, but looking at the participants involved in terms of the process of making the film which was carried out through teamwork and prioritizing aspects of work culture. In making this short film, participants will be formed into several groups to complete the synopsis and film script simultaneously with all team members. The entire group will carry out the Cinematography process by shooting with several team members and the rest will work as film crews in order to contribute to visual storytelling.. Participants also joined members of the production team in several collaborative sessions devoted to story and scenario development during production sessions. All actors or actresses work according to the roles they play, while the production film crew plays a role in their respective responsibilities.
