For the fourth time, Sampoerna Financial Group held an Engagement Day using the Jakarta Event Organizer - Red Avenue Indonesia in year 2019 This puts forward the GEAR UP theme (Be Fast or Be Last). To get achievements and be sustainable with the previous program, a program similar to The Amazing Race has been prepared through the Mobile Application: Mobile Hunt Indonesia. Programs held 3 day and 2 tonight begins when participants land at Changi Airport to complete each Tasks/Challenge that has been prepared by Experiential Learning Programmer Red Avenue Indonesia. Melalui Interactive Challenges : Snap Photos, Video Recording, Go Places, Scan QR code, and Q&A, Participants immediately feel the real time scoring of the task they are doing. The Mobile Hunt Indonesia program can be done indoors or outdoors, can even increase the enthusiasm of participants when the program is carried out at the Zoo, Museum, Theme Park, Waterpark, even Experiential Tourism-based Tourism Villages. When Mobile Hunt Indonesia is carried out in a Company Engagement program, Analisys data results can be taken directly and accurately.

Organizing Engagement Day activities or Empoyee Gathering in neighboring countries such as Singapore, it is not easy. Why? because there are many things that must be considered.
